The cross-section of silicon carbide membranes shows an asymmetric multilayer structure, in which microporous of different pore sizes are distributed. Driven by the trans-membrane pressure difference, Semicorex silicon carbide tubular membranes utilize these micropores to perform physical filtration of sewage and wastewater and achieve ultrafiltration effects. The screening aperture of Semicorex silicon carbide tubular membranes is generally between 2 and 100 nanometer, which allows them to effectively remove various macromolecular solutes, particles, suspended colloid, bacteria, and organic matter in wastewater.


The Production Process of Semicorex Silicon carbide tubular membranes


1. Selecting high-purity raw materials.

4. Sintering the dried green body.

5. Cutting the sintered substrate to the required dimension.
