Specifically designed for high-temperature wafer treatment, Semicorex silicon carbide cantilever paddles perform steadily at around 1250°C under a harsh working atmosphere consisting of oxygen (reaction gas), nitrogen (protective gas) and a small amount of hydrogen chloride.
