PV-use SiC boats serve as the carriers responsible for moving silicon wafers into the furnace tubes used for high-temperature processing. Their primary function is to ensure that the silicon wafer maintains a stable position and spacing during the process to avoid mutual contact or damage. In the production of PV cells, silicon wafers need to undergo high-temperature treatment. Thus, high-quality PV-use SiC boats are vital important components for maintaining the quality and efficiency of the production process during silicon wafer production.
