Pressureless sintered silicon carbide (SSiC) is the high-purity, high-performance engineering ceramics. Using ultra-fine SiC powder as raw material with minor sintering additives, pressureless sintered silicon carbide is sintered at around 2100℃ under vacuum or inert gas atmospheres without external pressure. As one of the representatives of high-performance ceramics, pressureless sintered silicon carbide have irreplaceable value in the industrial field.
