Stress in quartz glass components refers to the uneven internal stress generated by various factors. Essentially, it's the stored elastic strain generated by the unbalanced forces acting on atoms or molecules within the material. This can cause microscopic distortions in the material structure, which in turn can affect the object's macroscopic performance.

Tantalum carbide coating is an important high-strength, corrosion-resistant and chemically stable high-temperature structural material with a melting point of up to 4273 °C, one of the several compounds with the highest temperature resistance. According to processing method, use, and appearance, quartz glass is classified into two categories: transparent and opaque. The transparent category includes types such as fused transparent quartz glass, fused quartz glass, gas-refined transparent quartz glass, and synthetic quartz glass.
