Semicorex Silicon Nitride Ceramic Tubes possess high strength, high hardness, and high temperature resistance, with a hardness reaching HRA91~93. They exhibit good hot hardness, withstanding temperatures of 1300~1400℃. Their low chemical reaction with carbon and metallic elements results in a low coefficient of friction. They are self-lubricating, thus resistant to wear. They have strong corrosion resistance, reacting only with hydrofluoric acid and other inorganic acids, and also exhibit oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Furthermore, they have excellent thermal shock resistance, remaining intact even after rapid cooling and reheating in air. Silicon nitride ceramics exhibit low high-temperature creep, resulting in minimal slow plastic deformation under high temperatures and fixed loads.


In low-pressure casting machines, the riser pipe is a crucial component, directly impacting casting quality and production efficiency. During operation, the riser pipe is installed on the machine, its lower end inserted into the alloy melting device. Molten aluminum alloy at approximately 700℃ is drawn from the bottom up through the melting device for casting components such as automotive wheel hubs and engine cylinder heads.

During continuous production, the riser pipe is repeatedly subjected to impacts from fluctuating air pressure and the thermal shock of the molten metal flowing up and down. It must be leak-proof, and prolonged immersion and scouring at high temperatures must not cause significant corrosion or spalling. Therefore, to withstand such harsh conditions, the riser pipe must possess excellent resistance to corrosion from molten aluminum alloy, good thermal shock resistance, good airtightness, and resistance to thermal shock fatigue.
