Product Description

Semicorex PAN-based graphite rigid felt is made from a polyacrylonitrile continuous fiber preform processed by weaving and needling, and then this fiber preform is subjected to high-temperature processes like pre-oxidation, carbonization and graphitization, followed by densification molding. After undergoing the above series of processes, PAN-based graphite rigid felt boasts multiple excellent properties. It is extensively used in the high-temperature heat treatment systems, such as crystal growth furnaces, powder metallurgy furnaces, vacuum sintering furnaces, and deposition furnaces.
