2. Fabricate the carbon-carbon preforms via the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process at 1000 °C to 1200 °C and the high-temperature graphitization process at 2000 °C to 2550 °C.

3. Precision machining forms the carbon-carbon brake disc green body.

4. Fabricate the carbon-ceramic brake discs through the LSI ceramization process at 1500 °C to 1800 °C.
