Semicorex advanced carbon-ceramic brake discs are composite components made by precision machining of the preformed carbon-carbon preforms via LSI ceramicization at high temperatures of 1500-1800℃. They offer remarkable advantages in weight reduction and high temperature resistance enhancement, which makes them the ideal alternative to conventional steel or iron braking components.

1. Lightweight advantage:

Typically, every 1 kg of weight saved in the carbon-ceramic brake disc below the vehicle suspension system equates to a 5 kg reduction in overall body mass impact.
